Yes, they do. We have transferred your old Rewards points from our previous loyalty program, as well as accrued the points you earned from the launch of the site until now.

Yes. The spend required to stay in the relevant membership tier is based on a rolling yearly spend (12 months). So you need to spend the minimum tier threshold every 12 months to stay in your VAPO Club tier.

You can also lose your membership tier if you return an order which will then revert your accumulated spend with us!

Yes, you need to use them within 12 months of earning the points.

Yes. When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing?

Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Yes. All Vapoints used will be added back to your account (please allow up to 24 hours for this to show).

It depends on the promotion/sale! Be sure to check out the terms and conditions of the promotion. You can use Vapoints on discounted products, unless otherwise stated, and not for promotions that require a discount code.

No. Please note if you use a discount at checkout, which lowers your total cart value to under $50, your cart will recalculate, and you will have to pay shipping fees.

Points can only be earned through verified product reviews. You'll be invited via email to leave a review when you purchase a product. Usually, the email is sent 7 days after your purchase to allow you enough time to get familiar with the product.
