What is VAPO Auto-Order?
VAPO offers you the ease of automatic orders for VAPO products.
Simply enter your details, select how frequently you'd like your orders and your order will be automatically placed for you!

You can cancel anytime, no minimum order and no strings attached!
You can make changes to your upcoming orders or cancel anytime. Simply login to your account and select "Manage Subscription" in the top left hand corner .
This will take you to your subscription management page.
Click "Manage" next to the order you want to change or cancel.
If you have accidentally placed an auto-order and wish to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items in the original packaging.
You have the right to withdraw from the Order with VAPO and to return any new unused item purchased from us for a refund without giving any reason up to fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the item purchased. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the Order by contacting VAPO Customer Team at contact@vapo.co.nz. If you withdraw, VAPO will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of shipment, within fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
